Yes, all products in the Grill Collection are covered by comprehensive manufacturer warranties. Coverage typically ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on the specific brand and model purchased.
What is your return policy for outdoor appliances?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition and their original packaging. Please note that once a grill has been fired up or used, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and sanitation regulations.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
We provide detailed assembly guides and videos for all models. Additionally, we partner with third-party home service providers in select areas to offer white-glove assembly for an additional fee at checkout.
