Seasoning Directions

  • Wipe Down Surface
  • Preheat Griddle or Cast Iron
  • Scoop Griddle Seasoning and Apply to the Surface
  • Spread Griddle Seasoning Evenly
  • Let the Seasoning Burn (Smoke) Off
  • Repeat Steps 3-5 (Minimum of 3 Times)
  • Start Cooking!
  • To Maintain Seasoning, Apply a Thin Layer After Each Use or After Cleaning
