Not just for artisan style pizza, with the new Aurora version you can bake, roast, and even more with the thermostatic control up to 750°F. Just like the Echelon model, the Aurora pizza oven boasts a ceramic glass viewing window in the easy access oven door to the pizza stone or baking rack.
