With our newly designed gas flow timer, property managers no longer need to worry about their grills being left on throughout the day or overnight. The S48T grill will automatically turn the gas off after one hour of non-use! It's that simple.
The Legacy Big Sur S48TNG Commercial Grill features all stainless steel contstruction, 960 sq. in. of commercial grade stainless steel cooking area, electronic ignition, four stainless steel burners with a total rating of 90,000 BTUs, laser etched markings on control panel, anti-theft knobs and a PGS FuelStop® one hour gas flow timer built right into the control panel. The S48TNG can be built directly into a masonry enclosure or used on our portable cart item #S48CART. The entire grill and its components carry a one year full parts repalcement warranty when used in a commercial application (an industry first!). Models have a full array of matching accessories available such as doors, drawers and beverage centers. ETL/Intertek Certified. Patent Pending
