T40 is 40,000 btu/hr input, "Sure Start" electronic ignition system, 434 sq. in. of cooking area, stainless steel cooking grids, 178 sq. in. of secondary warming rack, stainless steel dual "H" style burner, durable permanent mold aluminum castings, and ceramic "MOON ROK" for even heat distribution. Our T40 features an all-aluminum housing with a one hour gas flow timer kit. No longer will community properties or property managers have to worry about grills being left on for hours. The T40 built in gas flow timer, shuts off the gas supply no more than one hour! Combine this great feature with our commitment to producing highly efficient burner systems, our use of material that get the heat to the cooking grids quickly, and the result is the ultimate "green" and "safe" Performance Grilling System. Furthermore, the entire grill and its components carry a 1 year full parts replacement warranty when used in a commercial application. T40 commercial grill combines a one hour gas flow timer, twin 20,000 btu burners, 434 square inches of commercial grade stainless cooking grids, electronic (AA battery powered) ignition, and a WIDE VARIETY OF MOUNTING OPTIONS, including a 48” in-ground post, an aluminum post and weather proof base, and a large pedestal (available in stainless or powder coated black) with an all-cast aluminum patio base. The T40 also comes standard with two stainless steel folding side shelves. Since 1966, AEI has prided itself in providing “No Compromise Products” and “No Compromise Warranties”. This includes a 100% parts replacement for one full year on our PGS T40NG Grills. Warranty excludes misuse, vandalism, paint, scratches and surface rust.
