• Slow ‘N Sear® Insert for XL Big Green Egg®  - (with ventilated bottom plate and removable water reservoir) delivers hassle-free, consistent two-zone cooking for low ‘n slow barbecue and high heat searing!  Note - this is NOT the standard Slow ‘N Sear® Deluxe - this is a special version designed and made specifically to fit in the XL Big Green Egg®
  
• EasySpin™ Grill Grate for XL Big Green Egg® - hinged grate piece to contour the charcoal compartment of the Slow ‘N Sear®, more usable cooking space than a standard 18" grate, and top-welded handles for expert Cold Grate searing.
  
• Slow ‘N Sear® Grill Grate Adapter Ring for XL Big Green Egg® - a replacement cradle ring for your EasySpin™ Grill Grate to sit in. 
  
• Slow ‘N Sear® Fire Bowl Bottom Grate for XL Big Green Egg® - a grill grate and cradle, all-in-one, that fits on top of the fire bowl to allow the Slow ‘N Sear® and Drip Pan to sit on.  This can be used as a stand-alone product to allow for direct, above-the-coal cooking...we thought of everything.
  
• Drip Pan for XL Big Green Egg® – is a contoured drip pan that also diverts airflow directly to the coals for stable temperature control.
