This oven cooks food very quickly and preserves nutritional quality while allowing you to infuse your pizzas, meats, and vegetables with the flavors of smoky wood. With a vertical design, smoke travels easily to infuse whatever is cooking, whether your items are baking or roasting. Plus, the compact design allows for faster heating times! This sleek, low-profile pizza oven features 506 sq. in. of cooking surface area.
This oven's double-walled interior is made of type 430 stainless steel with a 4" fire blanket insulation, while its exterior has a durable, powder-coated steel construction. Since this hybrid oven has a gas attachment, you can use it with wood or gas! For added convenience, the included black oven cart includes an undershelf with a propane tank holder, providing extra space for grilling supplies and utensils. It also includes two wheels and a side handle, transforming your oven into a mobile and versatile cooking station!
