Enjoy wood-fired oven baking anywhere with the WPPO Pro Lil Luigi portable outdoor pizza oven. The Lil Luigi is made of durable stainless steel and has a double-walled oven, fire blanket insulation and 11 mm cordierite baking stone floor for ideal heat retention. An easy load fire box allows you to bake using your favorite wood chunks, wood chips, pellets, charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal. Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraft system, designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900° F. The hinged oven door features a small peephole to check on foods as they cook, without letting heat out. The oven top has a built-in thermometer to keep and eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability. Start baking out of the box with the included pizza accessory kit, includes a convertible oven cover that doubles as a carrying bag, a basic pizza peel, wheel cutter and a coal poker.
