Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original, unassembled condition using the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized grills.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
